- Our mission is to honor God and support the ministry of Village Baptist Church by providing quality Christian care for children. We encourage children and their families as we share the love of Christ. Also, we provide age-appropriate activities in a safe, loving environment as the children grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically.

Discounts & Scholarships
Multi-Child Discount (K2–2nd Grade Only):
20% tuition discount for the second child and additional children (up to three students). Discounts apply to tuition only and are not available for Infant or One-Year-Old programs. Only one scholarship or discount may be applied per student.

Step Up for Students scholarships are funded and distributed quarterly and must be approved by the parent/guardian before funds are released to the school.
Scholarship payments are applied to the student’s tuition account as they are received. If the scholarship award does not cover the full cost of tuition and fees, the parent/guardian is responsible for the remaining balance, which will be billed monthly through the ChildPilot parent portal.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Infant–Preschool tuition is structured on a 12-month plan (August–July).
Elementary and VPK Wrap tuition is structured on a 10-month plan (August–May).
Payments are drafted via ChildPilot on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $100 will be applied to payments received after the 10th of the month. All registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Steps to Apply
- We are very excited that you have chosen to consider The Village Christian Academy for your child. To guide you through this process please follow the outlined procedure below.
- Please review our hours of operation, attendance options, and the different programs offered.
- Review the parent handbook. This will help answer FAQs about our program and policies.
- Review current tuition and fees.
- Schedule a tour. If you’d like to schedule a tour, please email the director to schedule a time to visit our center. Tours are offered Monday-Thursday between 9:30-11:30 or 3:30-4:30.
- Click the link below to fill out an Enrollment/Waitlist application. This does not guarantee we will have a spot available. An application may be submitted at any time and will be kept on file. We have an open enrollment policy, which simply means that all files are kept after submission. A waitlist will be started for each class once enrollment is full. When a space becomes available the waitlist will be used to fill the open space.
- Once your child is registered, download the ChidPilot parent app. You will be sent an invitation to create an account. Once you have created your account, fill out the enrollment form found in the app.
- Gather required medical and enrollment forms (these can be found in the resources tab).
- Re-enrollment for current students opens in February. We begin accepting new student enrollments in March for the upcoming school year that begins in August.
Enrollment/Waitlist Application
Infants
- The infant program is available to children that are at least 6 weeks of age on or before September 1st of the current school year. We offer both part- and full-time attendance options Monday-Thursday from 9am-4:30pm. Our infant classrooms have a 1:4 teacher-to-student ratio with a maximum of 8 students.
Ones
- The one-year-old program is available to children that are 1 year old on or before September 1st of the current school year. We offer both part- and full-time attendance options Monday-Thursday from 9am-4:30pm. Our one-year-old classrooms have a 1:6 teacher-to-student ratio with a maximum of 9 students.
Twos
- The two-year-old program is available to children that are 2 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. We offer both part- and full-time attendance options Monday-Thursday from 9am-4:30pm. Our two-year-old classrooms have a 1:11 teacher-to-student ratio with a maximum of 9 students.
Threes
- The three-year-old program is available to children that are 3 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. We offer both part- and full-time attendance options Monday-Thursday from 9am-4:30pm. Our three-year-old classrooms have a 1:15 teacher-to-student ratio with a maximum of 8 students.
VPK
- The VPK program is available to children that are 4 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. VPK students are required to attend Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-1:00pm. Afternoon care is available from 1:00pm-4:30pm. Our VPK classrooms have a 1:11 teacher-to-student ratio with a maximum of 8 or 16 students depending on classroom size.
Kindergarten & 1st Grade
- The kindergarten program is available to children that are 5 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. The 1st grade program is available to children that are 6 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. Our elementary students attend school Monday-Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm. Afternoon care is available from 3:00pm-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday. Each classroom has a maximum of 12 students.
