Our Mission
- Our mission is to honor God and support the ministry of Village Baptist Church by providing quality Christian care for children. We encourage children and their families as we share the love of Christ. Also, we provide age-appropriate activities in a safe, loving environment as the children grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically.
2024-2025 Preschool Program Schedule and Charges
Extended Care: Mon.-Fri. 2 years old and up.
Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. & 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. - $200/month
7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m - $120/month
4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. - $80/month
Two Days a Week: Tuesday/Thursday
Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Monthly Rate: Infant and 1 Year Old Classroom: $620.00
2- and 3-Year-Old Classroom: $600.00
Three Days a Week: Mon./Wed./Fri.
Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Monthly Rate: Infant and 1 Year Old Classroom: $900.00
2-and 3-Year-Old Classroom: $850.00
Five Days a Week: Monday through Friday
Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Monthly Rate: Infant and 1 Year Old Classrooms: $1,080.00
2- and 3-Year-Old Classrooms: $1,000.00
VPK: Monday through Thursday
Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – No Cost
VPK Wrap Around: Monday through Friday
Hours: 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Monthly Rate: $625.00 (5 days)
A non-refundable Annual Registration Fee of $150 is due upon enrollment. A non-refundable Annual Supply Fee of $150.00 for is due August 12th, 2024.
*The Village Preschool offers a 20% sibling discount for the second and any additional child enrolled in the school.

Hours: 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Monthly Rate: $560.00
Kindergarten Fees
Enrollment Fee: $150 (non-refundable)
Book Fee: $150
Assessment Fee: $150
Graduation/Field Trip Fee: $25
Steps to Apply
- We are very excited that you have chosen to consider The Village Christian Academy for your child. To guide you through this process please follow the outlined procedure below.
- Please review our hours of operation, attendance options, and the different programs offered.
- Review the parent handbook. This will help answer FAQs about our program and policies.
- Review current tuition and fees.
- Schedule a tour. If you’d like to schedule a tour, please email the director to schedule a time to visit our center. Tours are offered Monday-Thursday between 9:30-11:30 or 3:30-4:30.
- Click the link below to fill out an application. This does not guarantee we will have a spot available. An application may be submitted at any time and will be kept on file. We have an open enrollment policy, which simply means that all files are kept after submission. A waitlist will be started for each class once enrollment is full. When a space becomes available the waitlist will be used to fill the open space.
- Once your child is registered, download the ChidPilot parent app. You will be sent an invitation to create an account. Once you have created your account, fill out the enrollment form found in the app.
- Gather required medical and enrollment forms (these can be found in the resources tab).
- Re-enrollment for current students opens in February. We begin accepting new student enrollments in March for the upcoming school year that begins in August.

Infants
- The infant program is available to children that are at least 6 weeks of age on or before September 1st of the current school year. We offer both part- and full-time attendance options Monday-Thursday from 9am-4:30pm. Our infant classroom has 2 teachers with a maximum of 5 children.
Ones
- The one-year-old program is available to children that are 1 year old on or before September 1st of the current school year. We offer both part- and full-time attendance options Monday-Thursday from 9am-4:30pm. Our one-year-old classroom has 2 teachers with a maximum of 8 children.
Twos
- The two-year-old program is available to children that are 2 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. We offer both part- and full-time attendance options Monday-Thursday from 9am-4:30pm. Our two-year-old classroom has 2 teachers with a maximum of 9 children.
Threes
- The three-year-old program is available to children that are 3 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. We offer both part- and full-time attendance options Monday-Thursday from 9am-4:30pm. Our three-year-old classroom has 1 teacher with a maximum of 9 children.
VPK
- The VPK program is available to children that are 4 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. VPK students are required to attend Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-1:00pm. Afternoon care is available from 1:00pm-4:30pm. We have two VPK classrooms. Each classroom has 1 teacher with a maximum of 8 children.
Kindergarten & 1st Grade
- The kindergarten program is available to children that are 5 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. The 1st grade program is available to children that are 6 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. Our elementary students attend school Monday-Friday from 9:00am-2:00pm. Afternoon care is available from 2:00pm-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday. Each classroom has a maximum of 12 students.
