Vendor Registration – The Village Christmas Market

Why Be a Vendor?

• A prime opportunity to sell Christmas gifts, seasonal décor, and handmade goods before the holiday rush

• Family-friendly crowd with Kid’s Korner, activities, and food drawing steady foot traffic all day

• Convenient setup, friendly atmosphere, and a festive theme that shoppers love

Vendor Details:

• Booth Fee: $20 (non-refundable; includes 10’ x 10’ space, tables available if needed) and a donated item from your booth

• Products Allowed: Holiday, handmade, artisan, boutique, home décor, gifts, and specialty food items (no direct sales of prohibited items)

• Electricity: Available upon request (limited spots)

How to Register:

1. Complete the online vendor application form here: Registration Application

2. Submit booth fee via cash, check, or online payment in order to secure your spot

3. Receive confirmation & setup instructions

All registrations and donations must be received by October 27th.
