Awana
Awana is an exciting discipleship ministry designed to draw boys and girls from the Destin community into the club’s activities. During club, learning and fun are combined in game time, a focused teaching time and a small group handbook time. Children hear the gospel message and learn how to hide God’s Word in their hearts. Children in Kindergarten through second grade learn 68 verses, and children in third through sixth grades learn over 300 verses during club. Our children also compete against area churches in regional Bible quizzing and AwanaGames activities. Awana meets from September through April at 6:00 pm on the second floor of Building 6.
